Galway has yet again been selected to host the 2017 Galway Trip. From the 13th to the 15th of October LawSoc will be heading West for two magical evenings of questionable adventures and even more questionable decisions. The getaway of the year, eyre a regretful soul in sight – trust us, Galway is the most underrated event in the LawSoc’s calendar.
Undoubtedly the coolest event in Trinity, lucky Masquerave attendees are whisked off to a mysterious countryside castle for a night of masked debauchery. Your venetian guise not only looks the part but prevents your academic colleagues from identifying you at your loosest ebb. Dark corridors, deep woods, dazzling lights and the very high likelihood you’ll miss the bus home all await you on this infamous evening. Tickets are like gold dust so don’t wait around.
Set in the beautiful Carton House, this festive season LawSoc brings you a Christmas Ball. This end-of-term black and white affair will be an affordable yet glamorous event for students to enjoy. A new addition to the Michaelmas social calendar – this is not one to be missed.
This year Law Soc will be taking you to yet another exotic location. Having hit some of the biggest European cities in recent years a giant question mark hangs over where is next. For two unforgettable nights LawSoc will give you the chance to indulge in some foreign culture, architecture and cuisine. Alternatively, there is also the option to see nothing but the inside of a nightclub. The choice is yours!
Hardly needing an introduction, the annual Maples Law Ball is the jewel in our sparkling social crown. A black tie banquet in a top secret location with a three course meal, live music and of course the teddies we all endeavour to (few do) bring home await you in this Hilary term event. It has all the glitz and glam of Trinity Ball, but with photos you might actually want to show your parents the next day.
